Reed Smith at SES

I see my colleague Peter Raymond was speaking at SES last week. Hot topic, anyone blog it? From the panel description:

Practical Copyright & Trademark Guidance for Webmasters and SEMs
Your competitor is bidding on your trademarked name. Some splogger is profiting off of your copyrighted work via RSS ("really simple stealing"). And now image search has enabled the proverbial "kid in his basement" to rip off your high-end web designs. What's a law abiding netizen to do?

[Update:] Bill Slawski comes through with Search Engine Roundtable's write up of the session.
