No Corporate Blog Lawsuits?
Does the Media Law Resource Center list of Libel and Related Lawsuits Against Bloggers support Charlene Li's statement, as quoted by Shel Israel in his excellent post on IP, Blogs, eMail & Fear of Flying, that there has not yet been a suit involving a corporate blog? I'm assuming the list is consistent with Charlene's research, but have not yet had time to check. If you'd like to do so before I can get around to it, please do (and please let me know, it will help me get ready for an upcoming talk). [Thanks Dennis for the heads up.]
