Closer To Canned
Proposed California spam legislation that would allow the recovery of at least $500 per violation passed the state senate yesterday. In Washington, the House Judiciary Committee's Subcommittee on Commercial and Administrative Law also approved a bill that would permanently extend the ban on Internet taxes scheduled to expire in November.
