Other Parents Don't Get To Discipline Your Kids
Period. Playing mama or papa bear in this fashion to someone else's child is Just. Not. Cool.
From experience, the memories and bitterness toward a third party nonparent who slaps a child down can linger right on through adulthood. Not good for any of the parties concerned.
