AlwaysOn2005: Dislocation of Media and Entertainment
Watch this one in its entirety, it's a keeper, lots of pertinent thoughts on evolving entertainment and copyright, among other things. (Link to video archive to come.) A high point, Marc Cuban's response to a strident and aggravated former MPAA lawyer asking a question from the audience about how Cuban can turn his back on Hollywood's costly war on piracy: "It's like trying to tell a 12-year-old boy he'll go blind."
